Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, right next to a big mall with multiple food joints, mobile shops, and other amenities. The rooms, though not the cleanest, are equipped with carpeting that triggered my allergies, and the lack of proper ventilation made them stuffy. The service was friendly and attentive, with a dedicated staff always ready to assist. The dining experience at the Node, an adjoining restaurant, offered fresh and varied food options. However, the establishment lacks proper facilities maintenance and cleanliness, with some tired furniture and dirty windows.
The hotel is a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and ready, but some were uninviting with odd stains and noisy washroom windows. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is central and convenient though showing signs of wear. The dining offers a wide variety of choices for multiple days of satisfaction.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very clean and tidy, offering good views with a clean bathroom. I enjoyed the big windows that opened wide, allowing in plenty of natural light. However, the breakfast time could get a bit busy with groups coming and going.
